Marathon was delighted to partner with The City of Canada Bay Council to design and deliver a new 735m2 Sports Amenities Building as part of the $6.7M Majors Bay Reserve Sporting Precinct Upgrade.
The City of Canada Bay’s sporting fields is among NSW’s most renowned.
The contract included building design, engineering, internal services, foundations, connecting all building services to in-ground services, interior fit-out, specialised access fittings, commissioning and completion.

The design brief was a state-of-the-art facility that meets Football NSW National Premiers League (NPL) 2 guidelines and supports the new Synthetic Field and Grandstand.
Majors Bay Reserve in Concord is an essential sporting precinct with thousands of residents using the space for active recreation and team sports.
